Atonemo is announcing a product called Streamplayer today, essentially an upgrade to any speaker with an Aux input, a legacy stereo system, or a multi-room system.

The Streamplayer is compatible with Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, and YouTube Music, with native integration (i.e. you use the streaming App itself) via AirPlay 2 and Google Cast for iOS and Android users. WiFi 6, BLE, and LE Audio Auracast capabilities enable multiroom streaming. Currently, it appears that the Streamplayer cannot be paired left/right, say if you had two legacy speakers, but Andrew Oattes, on behalf of Atonemo, claims they are working on this opportunity.  The Streamplayer has a dedicated app; its role is intentionally minimal, and it manages setup, multiroom function, and an EQ.

Leo Ballesteros, the CEO of  Atonemo, says,

Speakers should be about sound and design—Atonemo takes care of the rest. We’re here to breathe new life into all the beautiful speakers, amplifiers and systems already out there, ensuring they remain timeless while embracing modern technology.
