dorpo DMP-A1 gets Firmware Upgrade

The dorpo DMP-A1 (reviewed favourably for outright sound quality here) has the most favoured streaming DAC accolade at this time for three reasons:

1. top streaming quality analogue output
2. Qobuz Connect
3. balanced preamplifier output

With the recent introduction of built-in Tidal, the DMP-A1 has moved up a gear with an App software upgrade and more firmware tidy-ups. Tidal is now easy to access in this new App, with Roon Ready available in the coming weeks (the device is in the Roon Ready process); the A1 is shaping up to be a strong streaming DAC option.

The new App will be available widely in the next two weeks.
