Sivga Audio announces Oriole
Sivga Oriole has a wooden housing that is processed by five-axis CNC machining

Sivga Audio announces Oriole, this week, a compact, closed-back dynamic headphone made from high-density rosewood. The headphone housing is manually processed and finished in a high gloss piano-style finish. The Oriole is available in black or brown and is priced at $199, a UK price will be confirmed.

The over-ear Oriole features a 50mm dynamic driver with a claimed frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz, the quoted impedance is 32 Ohms.  The headphones are 280g.  There are all leather ear pads and leather on the headband.

Here at HF&MS, we were very impressed by Sivga’s stablemate Sendy Apollo headphones, not to mention their previous offering the Sivga Robin.  There is a pair of Sivga Audio Oriole on their way to HF&MS so we’ll look forward to a good listen.
