Best of 2025

It’s Day 5 of the Best of 2025 here at HF&MS, and this award goes to the A&ultima SP3000M portable audio player, which is smaller than my smartphone, delivers crystal-clear audio, and is highly flexible with streaming services. If you want Audiophile sound on the move, this is the endgame.

Shortly after reviewing the SP3000M, I received the Astell&Kern PD10 & Cradle.  It was larger, more Astell&Kern, and the cradle let me stream Qobuz to my Naim Streamer with ease.  A cradle for the SP3000M would be a game changer.
