Belated news of a new open-backed headphone from Meze Audio, called the Meze Audio 105 AER.  Meze Audio claims the 105 AER “lets the air in.” The headphones are, being Meze Audio, made of premium materials, including cast zinc alloys, PU leather in the headband, and velour ear pads.  Meze claims the Meze Audio 105 AER are just 336g in weight, which is pretty impressive. The 105s have a 50mm dynamic driver with a claimed 5Hz- 30kHz frequency response and an easy-driving 42 Ohms impedance.
