Renaissance Unveil Hi-Fi Show Live Products


News this week from Renaissance who has unveiled their Ascot ‘Hi-Fi Show Live‘  lineup, the show is on September 10th and 11th this year after a Covid-19 break.

VPI’s new Avenger Direct turntable will make a UK show debut as part of Renaissance’s reference system in rooms 308-310.  The Avenger Direct will feature the Fatboy tonearm on their tripod chassis.

Moon’s 780D v2 streaming DAC will also be featured in Renaissance’s room.  It was reviewed here at HF&MS a couple of years ago and it was easily a highlight of this site’s evolution.  The setup will feature the 740P preamplifier, the 820S power supply and two 860A monoblock power amplifiers.  This system will feature Audiovector’s debut at the show with Renaissance. The R 8 Arreté floorstanding loudspeakers will be in all their glory. A full Nordost Valhalla V2 cabling loom will bring this amazing system together. Nordost’s QNET premium switch will also be on display at the show.

The Hi-Fi Show Live takes place at the Ascot Racecourse Grandstand, Ascot on the 10th and 11th of September. Renaissance will be in rooms 308– 310 and 313. Opening times: 9.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
