T+A announce MP 8, finally! The MP 8 is a High End Multi Source Player to compliment the AMP8 and DAC 8 DSD components and it finally delivers the Hi-Res streaming client that has always been missing and that I have substituted with a Bluesound Node, Auralic Atair, an Oppo Sonica DAC, and more recently the incredible Auralic Aries Mini.  As a devotee of the AMP 8 and DAC 8 DSD this is very exciting news, especially as it includes a CD player and DAB.

T+A claim their Series 8 is “uncompromising, ultimate and totally High-End”. The compact separate modules offer unique technological features which are only available from T+A. The MP 8 completes the Series 8 range to a comprehensive High-End system offering extremely high performance, despite being amazingly small and compact.

The MP 8 is based on the technology of our R-series MP 2000 R MKII, and is best described as a digital multi-talent. It incorporates a wide range of digital sources, from CD mechanism via high-res streaming client to Bluetooth module, and processes all of them to the highest standard of audiophile quality.
