Romanian manufacturer Meze Audio has proudly announced the launch of its newest creation: 105 SILVA, a dynamic open-back headphone.
The 105 SILVA claims to offer;
a smooth blend of clarity and richness.
It features a 50 mm dynamic driver with a cellulose composite dome with a titanium-covered surround to produce a crisp, engaging and detailed audio experience. Building on the technologies in the 109 PRO and the 105 AER, Meze claims the 105 SILVA;
specialises in mid-range presentation for vocals and strings, meaning listeners can enjoy the liveliness and impact of any music without sacrificing the micro details present in well-recorded tracks.
The 105 SILVA has a Sensitivity of 112dB /mW at 1kHz, an impedance quoted at 42 Ohms (like the 105 AER) and it weighs in at 354g.
The 105 SILVA headphones will be available for purchase starting July 23rd, 2025, on mezeaudio.com, mezeaudio.eu, and in selected retailers worldwide, with a suggested retail price of $499/€499.
