Lumina II Amator

Sonus faber has announced two new models in the 2020 Lumina Collection, the Lumina V Amator (main picture) and the Lumina II Amator.  The models feature some technical improvements whilst retaining the minimalist aesthetic.  The new models are available in a ‘glossy’ red, glossy wenge and a glossy walnut finish.

The existing Lumina I and II loudspeakers were reviewed in 2021 and their technical features were discussed in the respective reviews.  These new loudspeakers have a revised and higher crossover over the Lumina II.

The Lumina Amator II will retail in the UK at £1,299 ( €1,499 / US$1,499) (pair) and the floorstanding Lumina Amator V is £2,999 (€ 3,499 / US$3,499) (pair). They are available from December in Europe.
