Naim has announced firmware updates will be released from October 6th enabling Tidal lossless streaming on their range of all-in-one players, network players and streaming pre-amplifiers. The update is free and is also available for the award winning Mu-so. A necessary update to the Naim App will be released to coincide with the updates.
There will be a free 90 day trial for Naim users who do not have a Tidal account (I have been using Bluetooth into my Uniti 2 my Tidal account with relative comfort so this is very welcome news for me).
I’ll have a go at my Naim Uniti 2 next week and let you know how I get on.
